Who can buy
For Mauritians at home and abroad.
Open to Mauritians and international buyers.
It depends on the concept.
Mauritian citizens, including Mauritians living abroad, can buy either villa freely.
Residents of Mauritius* holding certain permits may be eligible, subject to a minimum price and government approval.
Other international buyers: villas outside approved schemes are generally not open to non-citizens. Contact us and we'll confirm your situation with our notary.
Mauritian citizens can buy any residence.
International buyers* can buy under the Ground + 2 apartment scheme, from MUR 6 million per residence, with Economic Development Board approval.
Residence permit: available for purchases of USD 375,000 or more.
Concept A – villas: for Mauritian citizens, including the diaspora. Villas are generally not open to non-citizens outside approved schemes.
Concept B – residences: open to Mauritians and international buyers under the Ground + 2 scheme (from MUR 6 million, EDB approval), with a residence permit from USD 375,000.*
